Refund Policy

Reload is committed to offering quality products and a transparent experience for its customers. This Refund Policy describes the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990) , the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the product, when the purchase is made outside the commercial establishment (via the internet).

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused.

  • In perfect condition

  • With original packaging


2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, the customer must contact us through the channels listed on the Contact page, providing the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request

After you contact us, we will send you instructions for returning the product.


3. Refund

After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit card: refund on your statement, according to the card issuer's processing times.

  • Pix or Boleto: refund via bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.

The processing time for your refund can take up to 10 business days after the return is approved.


4. Exchanges due to defects or damage

If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt, reporting the issue and, if possible, sending images of the product.

After analysis, the customer will be able to choose:

  • Product exchange, at no additional cost.

  • Full refund of the amount paid.


5. Products not eligible for return

Returns will not be accepted for products that:

  • They show signs of use.

  • They have been damaged by misuse.

  • Do not have the original packaging.


6. Shipping costs

  • In cases of buyer's remorse , the cost of return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

  • In cases of defects or errors in shipping , Reload will cover the return and reshipping costs.


7. Final considerations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described in this Refund Policy.

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
